Pay Structure Setup
Under the National Labor Relations Act, (NLRA) employees are protected when discussing their wages and benefits. An employer who sets a policy where their employees cannot discuss pay and benefits opens themselves up to lawsuits and federal fines.
Having an open and specific payroll policy in place removes any appearance of this and creates an environment where the employees know exactly where they stand.
I will work with you to create a fair payroll structure that follows state and federal laws.
$100 per hour minimum of 1 hour.
