Outside mediation is not always necessary but it can help to avoid the appearance of favoritism in specific situations. Especially when there might be legal ramifications. I can provide limited onsite mediation or remote mediation as needed. All mediations will be recorded and transcribed. Before mediation begins there will be an initial meeting between myself and the company owner to set parameters, limitations and powers for the mediation. You will be provided with a mediation report upon completion.

Cost $100 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour.
