When accusations of inappropriate behavior by a staff member against another staff member occurs it is important to investigate A.S.A.P in a way that follows E.E.O.C. guidelines.

The investigation will be conducted in the following manner.
· Initial call to formulate an immediate response
· Recorded Interviews of the primaries
· Recorded Interviews with any secondaries
· Any further investigation of events and history of events as needed
· An independent assessment of the claim and a written report with suggested course of actions. This report can be submitted to the E.E.O.C. if necessary to show that the employer has taken the proper actions to uphold federal laws.

$500 minimum. Fee may vary depending on the depth of investigation needed.
