My Story

My name is Dale Miller. My wife and I have owned our own business (an eye care clinic) since 2003. I obtained a degree in HR Management years ago in an attempt to navigate the laws and regulations that an employer needs to understand to run their business ethically and effectively. The more I learned the more I realized that there was a need for small business help regarding HR. Either the owner(s) did not have any HR background at all and were unaware of policies they were legally required to have in place, or their HR was bloated and far too unwieldy to be effective. I found myself being asked for help from other small businesses owners in setting up simple and effective policies that protected both the company and the employees. This lead me to starting Your Choice HR.
